The Testimony

Below is a true story about Arrow taking care of an employee and his family while he was called to Iraq:

Kevin Wells, a National Guard Reserve, was called to Iraq in 2006. The mission called for 17 months.

Prior to Departure:

"My boss, George Molski, sent paychecks without any deductions to my wife every two weeks. He assigned employees to call her every few weeks and checked if she needed anything. One time, the snow blower broke. George sent people to fix it for her without any charge."
"While I was in Iraq, I received two pay raises, my seniority got to continue, and my vacation time was accumulated. My job was secured when I came home."
"I received over 15 care packages from Arrow while I was in Iraq."
"I took 2 hits of the debris from improvised explosive devices (IEDs), I had three concussions, and I was in hospital 4 times."

Return to Arrow:

"I lost 60% of hearing in my left ear. It has been more than a year since I returned and my right ear is still healing before they could determine the severity of hearing loss. I had to wear hearing aids."
"George gave me thirty days of pay and let me stay home without working to adjust my life."
"After I returned to Arrow, he (George) had workers to help me, slowly adjusted my pace."
"I had over 26 doctor appointments during the first four months after I returned, and they just trusted me extensively with full pay on my paychecks."
